To be eligible, items must:
Be unused and unwashed
Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, or manuals
The following items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons:

Food items (including freeze-dried meals, snacks, rations, consumables)
Items designed for outdoor use that show signs of use
Personal hygiene or close-contact items
Gift cards or digital items
Clearance or final sale labeled products
“Used equipment” includes any item exposed to outdoor conditions, wear, soil, moisture, or any form of use.
If your product arrives:

Defective
Missing parts
Incorrect
We will repair, replace, or refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Order number
Clear photos/video of the issue
Packaging if applicable
We cover return shipping for any product that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you simply wish to return an item:
Accepted within 30 days for “like-new” condition
Customer pays return shipping
No restocking fee for unopened, unused products.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Unless specifically stated on a product page, items do not include additional warranties beyond our return policy.
You may cancel an order before it ships.
Once shipped:

Items damaged in transit or defective must be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Items misrepresented online must be refunded or corrected.
